The brand is celebrated for its commitment to sourcing directly from tea estates around the world, ensuring both quality and fair trade practices through its 'Chercheurs de Thé' (tea hunters) approach.

While the raw tea leaves are harvested from diverse regions including the Himalayas, Japan, and China, the final processing, flavoring, and packaging occur primarily in France.
