OCB Premium Rolling Papers

OCB (Odet-Cascadec-Bolloré) is one of the world's most iconic brands of rolling papers, with a legacy dating back to 1822 in Brittany, France. Founded by René Bolloré and his brothers, the brand name represents the Odet River, the Cascadec mill, and the Bolloré family name.

Today, OCB products are predominantly manufactured in France, continuing their long-standing tradition of paper production. While the brand was originally part of the Bolloré group, it was acquired by the American entrepreneur Don Levin through his company, Republic Tobacco (part of the Republic Group), in the early 2000s. Since then, OCB has expanded its global presence, particularly in the premium rolling paper market, while maintaining its French manufacturing heritage.
