Oro Saiwa is an iconic Italian biscuit brand that has been a staple of breakfast tables in Italy for generations. Originally founded in 1900 in Genoa, the brand became famous for its 'Petit Beurre' style biscuits. The production remains deeply rooted in Italian tradition, with the primary manufacturing facility located in Capriata d'Orba, Piedmont.

Today, the brand is owned by Mondelēz International, following a series of corporate acquisitions involving Nabisco and Danone's biscuit division. Despite being under the umbrella of a global American multi-national company, Oro Saiwa maintains its distinct Italian identity and continues to use Italian-sourced wheat for its flagship products. It is managed via the Italian subsidiary of Mondelēz.
