The brand is owned by Kellanova, the company formed following the 2023 spin-off of the Kellogg Company's North American cereal business (now WK Kellogg Co). Kellanova focuses on global snacks and international cereal, retaining the iconic Kellogg's brand name for these products. Production occurs in various facilities worldwide, including major plants in the United Kingdom and Europe to serve local markets.
