KAH Tequila is an ultra-premium tequila brand inspired by the Mexican Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos). The name 'KAH' translates to 'life' in the ancient Mayan language. Each bottle is uniquely hand-painted to reflect the traditional sugar skulls used in the holiday rituals that symbolize death and rebirth. The Añejo expression, recognizable by its black skull bottle, is aged for approximately two years in American Oak casks, resulting in a rich flavor profile featuring notes of coffee, chocolate, and tobacco.
Originally created by Fabrica de Tequilas Finos in Jalisco, Mexico, the brand was founded to celebrate Mesoamerican culture. In 2016, the brand was acquired by Stoli Group (SPI Group), a leading global spirits company known for its international portfolio of premium alcohol brands. Production continues to take place in Mexico at the Fabrica de Tequilas Finos distillery to maintain its authentic Protected Designation of Origin status.
