Sensodyne is a world-renowned oral health brand specifically designed for people with sensitive teeth. Originally developed in the United States by Block Drug in 1961, the brand was later acquired by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in 2001.
In July 2022, GSK spun off its consumer healthcare division into a new independent company called Haleon, which now serves as the ultimate owner of the brand. Manufacturing of Sensodyne products takes place in various high-standard facilities across the globe, including significant production sites in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Maidenhead, ensuring global availability of their specialized potassium nitrate and stannous fluoride formulations.
