Bürstner is a renowned German brand specialized in the manufacturing of motorhomes and caravans. Founded in 1924 as a joinery and cabinet-making workshop by Jakob Bürstner in Kehl-Neumühl, Germany, the company transitioned into the leisure vehicle market in the late 1950s. Today, it stands as one of Europe's leading manufacturers of recreational vehicles, known for their functional design and high-quality interiors.

The production primarily takes place in Kehl, Germany, and Wissembourg, France. Since 1998, Bürstner has been part of the Erwin Hymer Group, which consolidated several premium leisure vehicle brands. Since 2019, the Erwin Hymer Group, and consequently Bürstner, has been owned by Thor Industries, an American company that is currently the world's largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles. This acquisition established a global powerhouse in the RV industry, combining European craftsmanship with American market leadership.
