Originally established as a local venture, it entered a significant joint venture with Nestlé Waters in the 1990s. Today, the brand is part of a strategic partnership between Nestlé and the beverage group CCU (Compañía de las Cervecerías Unidas), ensuring its widespread distribution and market-leading position in the Southern Cone region. The manufacturing and bottling processes are carried out locally in Argentina to preserve the natural mineral properties of the mountain spring water.
