AsdoMar canned tuna

AsdoMar is a well-known premium Italian brand specializing in processed canned fish, particularly tuna. Although the brand name has Portuguese roots (As do Mar means 'Ace of the Sea'), the company is a cornerstone of Italian food production quality. The brand is famous for its commitment to sustainability and artisan-quality processing.

Most of the production takes place at the historic plant in Olbia, Sardinia, where whole fish are processed by hand according to traditional methods. AsdoMar is currently the main brand of Generale Conserve S.p.A., an Italian company based in Genoa. The brand has achieved significant recognition for its environmental transparency and was the first in Italy to obtain the 'Friend of the Sea' certification.
