OCB (Odet-Cascadec-Bolloré) is a world-renowned brand of rolling papers that traces its roots back to 1822 in Ergué-Gabéric, France, on the banks of the Odet river. The brand was officially founded in 1918 by the Bolloré family. For decades, it remained a flagship of French industrial paper production.
In the early 2000s, the brand was acquired by Don Levin's Republic Group, a major international player in the smoking supplies industry based in the United States. While the ownership is now American, the manufacturing remains deeply rooted in France, primarily at the historic factories in Perpignan. OCB is celebrated globally for its focus on sustainable materials, such as organic hemp and natural gum arabic, maintaining a premium position in the market.
