Teleno mineral water

Teleno is a prominent brand of natural mineral water from Spain, specifically sourced from the Sierra del Teleno in the province of León. Known for its very low mineralization (mineralización muy débil), it is often recommended for infant nutrition and low-sodium diets.

The brand originated in the late 1990s and has since become a staple in the Spanish market. The bottling process takes place directly at the spring source in Palacios de la Valduerna to ensure purity. While it began as an independent venture, it is currently owned by the French group Alma (Groupe Alma), a major European player in the water industry that manages numerous local regional brands.
