In 1993, Olza S.A. was acquired by Kraft Foods, which later spun off its snack division into what is now Mondelēz International. Today, Prince Polo continues to be manufactured primarily in the original factory in Cieszyn, maintained by Mondelēz as a key part of their European snack portfolio.

The brand remains a symbol of Polish culinary heritage while operating under a global corporate structure. Its ownership by Mondelēz International ensures that Prince Polo benefits from global distribution networks and modern production standards while staying true to the recipe that made it a household name in Central Europe.
