The product is primarily manufactured in the French Alps region, maintaining a strong heritage of French production.

Today, Teisseire is owned by Britvic, a major British soft drinks manufacturer that acquired the Teisseire group in 2010. While Britvic is headquartered in the United Kingdom, they have preserved the brand's French identity and continue to operate its main production sites in France to serve both the domestic and international markets.
