Old Spice hygiene products

Old Spice is one of the most iconic American grooming brands, originally founded by William Lightfoot Schultz in 1934 under his company, Shulton, Inc. Interestingly, the first product launched under the Old Spice name was actually for women in 1937, followed by the legendary men's product line in 1938, which featured the nautical theme and colonial sailing ships that remain brand signatures today.

In 1990, the consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble (P&G) acquired Old Spice from Shulton. Since then, P&G has transformed the brand from a traditional shaving brand into a global leader in male grooming, known for its creative and viral marketing campaigns.

Today, Old Spice products are primarily manufactured in the United States, particularly at P&G's large-scale facilities in Iowa and other domestic locations to serve the North American market. However, due to its massive international presence, production also occurs in various regional facilities across Europe and South America to meet local demand efficiently.
