Historically, the Paulaner brewery has remained a cornerstone of Bavarian brewing culture. Today, it is one of the six breweries that provide beer for Munich's world-famous Oktoberfest. The beer is brewed strictly according to the Reinheitsgebot (Bavarian Purity Law), ensuring high-quality natural ingredients including malted wheat, barley, and specialized ale yeast.
