Ahlgrens Bilar is an iconic Swedish brand known for its marshmallow-like foam candies shaped like cars. Originally launched in 1953 by the Ahlgren factory in Gävle, Sweden, the brand has become a cultural staple and is often marketed as 'Sweden's most bought car.'

While the brand's heritage and marketing are deeply rooted in Sweden, the manufacturing of the products was moved. Following the acquisition by Cloetta, production was relocated from the original Gävle factory to a modern facility in Levice, Slovakia, to optimize supply chain operations. Today, the brand is owned by Cloetta AB, a major Nordic confectionery company headquartered in Solna, Sweden, which manages a diverse portfolio of heritage candy brands across Europe.
