In 2016, the brand was acquired by Coty Inc., an American multinational beauty company, as part of a significant acquisition of Hypermarcas' beauty and personal care division. Today, the products are primarily manufactured in Brazil (specifically in the state of Goiás) under the management of Coty's local subsidiary, Savoy Indústria de Cosméticos, ensuring that the brand maintains its strong local identity while benefiting from global corporate ownership.
