Cisowianka still natural mineral water

Cisowianka is one of Poland's most recognized and popular brands of natural mineral water. The brand's history dates back to 1979, and it takes its name from the fictional health resort 'Cisów' described in the novel 'Ludzie Bezdomni' by Stefan Żeromski. The water is extracted from deep underground sources located in the Nałęczów Plateau (Wyżyna Lubelska), specifically near the town of Drzewce.

The brand is owned by the Polish company Nałęczów Zdrój. Unlike many other major water brands in Central Europe that have been acquired by multinational corporations like Nestlé or Danone, Cisowianka remains under Polish ownership. This status has been a significant part of its brand identity, emphasizing local tradition, high quality, and modern production standards. The water is bottled directly at the source to preserve its natural low-sodium minerals and purity.
