Mexx Inspired Nature is a fragrance specifically designed for women. The Mexx brand has its roots in the Netherlands, founded in 1986 by Rattan Chadha through the merger of his two existing clothing brands, Moustache (for men) and Emanuelle (for women), with two 'kisses' (XX) added to the end.

While the brand originated in the fashion industry, its fragrance line is managed through a long-standing licensing agreement with Coty Inc. Most Mexx fragrances, including those sold in the DACH region, are manufactured in Germany. Coty is a global American-French beauty company that manages a vast portfolio of licensed luxury and consumer brands.
