Paderborner Pilsener is a traditional German beer brand originating from the city of Paderborn in North Rhine-Westphalia. Known for its 'herzhaft westfälisch' (hearty Westphalian) character, the brewery has roots dating back to 1852. It is particularly recognized for being one of the first breweries in Germany to use wind energy in its production process, as indicated by the windmill logo on its label.

Today, the brand is part of the Warsteiner Group, one of Germany's largest privately owned brewery companies. While the Paderborner Brauerei Haus Cramer KG remains the local entity responsible for its creation, it operates under the umbrella of the Haus Cramer Group based in Warstein.
