Sarajevsko Premium is a high-quality lager produced by Sarajevska Pivara (Sarajevo Brewery), one of the oldest industrial plants in Bosnia and Herzegovina, founded in 1864. This specific premium variant is known for its traditional brewing process that utilizes water from the brewery's own natural spring, located deep beneath the facility.

The brand has a rich history, having survived numerous conflicts and political shifts, maintaining its position as a cultural icon in Sarajevo. Today, the brewery remains an independent entity owned by the MIMS Group (Mujo Selimović family), headquartered in Sarajevo. The beer is brewed exclusively in Bosnia and Herzegovina and exported to various international markets, particularly within the Balkan diaspora in Europe.
