YOSOY plant-based milk

YoSoy is a pioneering Spanish brand in the plant-based beverage market, founded by Liquats Vegetals. The brand's history began over 35 years ago when José María Erra, a telecommunications engineer, experimented with soy milk production in Viladrau, Catalonia. His vision was to create a healthy alternative to cow's milk using high-quality mountain water and minimal ingredients.

Today, the brand is manufactured exclusively at its facility in Viladrau within the Montseny Natural Park. The production process emphasizes purity, often using only water and a single main ingredient (such as oats or soy) without added sugars or additives. This dedication to natural processes has made YoSoy a market leader in Spain, particularly known for its sustainability and clean-label approach.

The brand remains under the ownership of Liquats Vegetals S.A., which continues to be a family-owned and operated company. Led by CEO Laura Erra, the company exports its products to over 50 countries while maintaining its headquarters and primary production site in Spain.
