JBL is a legendary American audio brand founded by James Bullough Lansing in 1946. Known for its historical impact on cinema sound and loudspeaker technology, the brand has evolved from high-fidelity home audio to become a global leader in portable consumer electronics. The JBL Go 2, pictured here, is a compact, waterproof Bluetooth speaker designed for portability and rugged use.

Today, the JBL brand is part of the Harman International Industries group. In 2017, Harman was acquired by Samsung Electronics, making the South Korean conglomerate the ultimate owner.
