Mariestads Alkoholfri Julebrygd

Mariestads is one of Sweden's most iconic beer brands, with a history dating back to 1848 when the brewery was founded in the town of Mariestad. While the original brewery closed in the late 1960s, the brand was revitalized and has since become a staple of Swedish beer culture, particularly known for its traditional lagers and seasonal editions like this Christmas ale (Julebrygd).

Today, the brand is produced at the Spendrups brewery in Grängesberg. Since 1967, Mariestads has been part of the Spendrups Bryggeri AB portfolio, a major family-owned Swedish beverage company. The non-alcoholic version maintains the classic characteristics of a dark lager, featuring notes of roasted malt and chocolate suitable for holiday celebrations.
