PARKER QUINK is a historic line of fountain pen ink originally launched in 1931 as a 'quick-drying' ink solution that eliminated the need for blotting. The brand itself, Parker, was founded in Janesville, Wisconsin, USA, in 1888 by George Safford Parker. Over more than a century, it became one of the most recognizable names in luxury and daily writing instruments globally.

Today, while the brand maintains its American heritage, its manufacturing operates on a global scale. Most Parker Quink bottled inks and high-end pens are currently manufactured at the company's facility in Nantes, France. Since 2000, the brand has been under the ownership of Newell Brands, a major American consumer goods conglomerate that consolidated its stationery portfolio, including other famous brands like Waterman and Sharpie.
