Each national or regional entity (such as SPAR South Africa, SPAR Austria, or SPAR UK) manages its own supply chain, sourcing private label products from various local and international manufacturers to meet regional standards and consumer preferences.

The global headquarters, SPAR International, is located in Amsterdam. However, the 'ultimate ownership' of a specific SPAR store or product line typically belongs to the regional wholesaler or cooperative that holds the license for that specific territory. This decentralized structure allows SPAR to maintain a global brand identity while supporting local economies and diverse manufacturing origins.
