Today, it is a prominent label within the portfolio of Accolade Wines, one of the world's largest wine companies.

While the brand maintains its Australian roots and production, its ownership has seen significant shifts. Accolade Wines, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, was previously owned by the US private equity firm Carlyle Group. However, following a financial restructuring in early 2024, ownership transitioned to a consortium of lenders known as Australian Wine Holdco Limited (AWHL), which includes international investment groups like Bain Capital. Despite these corporate changes, the production of Jam Shed remains centered in Australia's renowned wine-growing regions.
