The brand is owned by Cerealis, which is Portugal's largest milling and pasta production group. In 2021, Cerealis was acquired by the Amorim and Silva families (Teak Capital and Tangor Capital), ensuring the brand remains under Portuguese ownership. Milaneza continues to be a market leader, focusing on innovation and traditional Mediterranean dietary values.
