KIKO Milano is an Italian professional cosmetics brand that has established itself as a leading global player in the beauty industry. Founded in 1997 by Stefano Percassi and his father Antonio Percassi, the brand is rooted in the Italian heritage of quality and style. Most of KIKO Milano's products, including their extensive range of lip liners and pencils, are manufactured in Italy to ensure high-end aesthetic standards and formulation quality.

While the brand was originally part of the Percassi Group (Odissea Srl), it underwent a significant ownership change. As of 2024 and continuing into the future, the global private equity firm L Catterton has acquired a majority stake in KIKO Milano. L Catterton is a prominent consumer-focused investment firm known for its partnership with the French luxury conglomerate LVMH. Despite this international investment, the brand's creative heart and head office remain firmly in Bergamo, Italy.
