Today, Carbonell is the flagship brand of Deoleo, S.A., which is the world's leading producer and bottler of olive oil. While it has been part of various corporate structures over the decades—including the SOS Group—it remains deeply tied to its Spanish heritage. The olive oil is primarily sourced and processed in Spain, with a major production and bottling facility located in Alcolea (Córdoba). Since 2014, Deoleo has been under the majority control of CVC Capital Partners, a global private equity firm, while maintaining its headquarters in Spain to preserve the authentic Mediterranean quality of its products.
