Odol Classic mouthwash

Odol is an iconic oral hygiene brand with roots dating back to the late 19th century. Originally invented in Germany by Karl August Lingner in 1892, it became one of the first commercially successful mouthwashes in Europe, recognized for its distinctive curved bottle and refreshing formula.

Over the decades, the brand underwent several ownership changes, moving from Lingner-Werke to Beecham, then SmithKline Beecham, and eventually GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). In 2022, GSK spun off its consumer healthcare division into an independent company called Haleon PLC. Today, Odol is a primary brand within Haleon's oral health portfolio.
