Milka LU Chocolate

Milka LU is a popular confectionery product that combines the smooth, alpine milk chocolate of Milka with the crisp, sweet biscuits of LU. The Milka brand was established in Switzerland in 1901 by Philippe Suchard and has since become one of the most recognizable chocolate brands in the world, famous for its lilac packaging and Alpine cow mascot.

The LU brand (Lefèvre-Utile) originated in Nantes, France, in 1846 and is renowned for its traditional biscuits. Both brands are now under the ownership of Mondelez International, leading to this successful brand collaboration. While the milk used for Milka chocolate is historically sourced from the Alps, manufacturing takes place in various large-scale facilities across Europe, with Lörrach, Germany, serving as one of the primary production hubs for the continent.
