Fin Carré is a private-label chocolate brand exclusively produced for the German discount supermarket chain Lidl. The brand has become one of Lidl’s most recognizable confectionery labels, known for its high-quality standards and diverse range of milk, dark, and hazelnut chocolate bars.

The majority of Fin Carré chocolate products are manufactured in Germany, specifically at Solent GmbH & Co. KG. This massive, high-tech production facility was established by Lidl's parent organization to ensure direct control over the supply chain, quality, and cost-efficiency. By producing the chocolate in-house, the brand maintains competitive pricing while meeting rigorous European manufacturing standards.

Fin Carré is ultimately owned by the Schwarz Group, one of the largest retail groups in the world. The ownership structure reflects a highly verticalized business model where the parent company not only manages the retail outlets (Lidl and Kaufland) but also handles the production of its own private-label goods through its manufacturing arm, Schwarz Produktion.
