BE-KIND (known as KIND in North America) is a global snack brand known for its nut-based nutrition bars. The brand was founded in 2004 by Daniel Lubetzky in New York City with the mission of creating snacks that are both healthy and delicious, focusing on whole ingredients like nuts and fruit.

Following a minority investment in 2017, Mars, Incorporated fully acquired the brand in 2020. This acquisition served to expand the brand's international presence under the 'BE-KIND' name. Today, manufacturing occurs in various locations globally, primarily in the United States and the United Kingdom, to serve international markets while maintaining the original brand philosophy of using high-quality, visible ingredients without artificial preservatives.
