Throughout its history, Snaigė has undergone various ownership changes. Since 2011, it was controlled by the Russian household appliance group Polair. However, due to shifting geopolitical landscapes and corporate restructuring, the company faced financial challenges and entered a period of reorganization. As of the current period, the majority ownership is held by the Greek company Be Cool Limited, which acquired the controlling stake, positioning the brand for continued operations within the European market. Manufacturing traditionally takes place at its headquarters in Lithuania, emphasizing European craftsmanship and technology standards.
