Druni is a prominent Spanish retail chain specializing in perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products. Founded in 1987 in Carlet, Valencia, it has grown to become one of the leaders in the beauty sector within Spain. The brand operates hundreds of physical stores across the country and a robust online platform.

In recent years, the company's ownership structure has undergone significant changes. As of late 2023 and moving into 2024, Druni reached a merger agreement with the MC Group (the owner of Douglas and Arenal in Spain). This strategic alliance led to the creation of a major retail group in the Iberian market. The ultimate ownership is shared between the founding Casp family and the international investment group Cinven (which owns MC Group).

While Druni is primarily a retailer, many of the products sold within its stores (like the Calvin Klein fragrance shown in the window) are manufactured globally by various beauty conglomerates such as Coty or L'Oréal.
