Honig is one of the most iconic Dutch food brands, with a history dating back to 1867 when it began as a flour mill in Koog aan de Zaan. The brand is deeply rooted in Dutch culinary heritage, known for its extensive range of soups, pastas, and stir-fry mixes, such as the Roerbakmie (stir-fry noodles) shown here.

While the brand maintains its traditional Dutch image, its ownership has transitioned through several international conglomerates over the decades. Today, Honig is a key part of the Kraft Heinz portfolio. Most Honig products, including their dry pasta and noodles, continue to be manufactured in the Netherlands, primarily at their production facilities in Nijmegen, ensuring the consistency that Dutch consumers have trusted for over 150 years.
