Loacker Quadratini Gingerbread is a seasonal winter edition of the world-famous wafer cubes. Originally founded in 1925 by Alfons Loacker, the brand has remained a family-owned legacy based in the heart of the Dolomites in South Tyrol, Italy. The company is renowned for its high-quality ingredients and production processes that avoid artificial flavorings or hydrogenated fats.

All Loacker products, including these Gingerbread-flavored wafers, are manufactured exclusively in Italy and Austria, specifically in Underinn (South Tyrol) and Heinfels (East Tyrol). This ensures direct control over the Alpine environment and pure water used in production. Loacker remains an independent family business, currently owned by the third generation of the Loacker family through Loacker SpA/AG.
