However, in 2018, Unilever sold its spreads division to the private equity firm KKR, which established a dedicated company called Upfield to manage these iconic brands.

Today, Flora is produced in various manufacturing facilities around the globe, with major sites in the UK and Europe, ensuring distribution across multiple international markets. The brand continues to focus on sustainability and plant-based innovation under Upfield's leadership.
