Evian natural spring water

Evian is a world-renowned brand of natural mineral water sourced from several curves near Évian-les-Bains, on the south shore of Lake Geneva. The water is celebrated for its unique mineral composition, which is acquired through a natural filtration process spanning over 15 years through layers of glacial sand in the French Alps. Because of its geological source, it is strictly produced and bottled at the source in France to maintain its purity and mineral balance.

Originally discovered by the Marquis de Lessert in 1789, the brand became a commercial success in the 19th century. Today, it is a flagship brand under the ownership of Danone, a French multinational food-products corporation. Danone manages Evian as a premium global brand, emphasizing sustainability and carbon neutrality in its bottling operations.
