GLÜCK is a premium brand of fruit spreads known for its high fruit content (70%) and minimalist packaging. Originally launched in early 2017 by the German traditional company Friedrich Göbber GmbH, headquartered in Eystrup, it quickly became a popular choice in German supermarkets. The product shown, 'GLÜCK Passiert', is a seedless and smooth raspberry spread.
In a significant industry shift in late 2025, the brand's ownership changed. While the production facilities and private-label business of Göbber were acquired by the Schwarz Group (the parent company of Lidl and Kaufland), the specific consumer brands 'GLÜCK' and 'wertvoll' were sold to the Spanish Helios Group. The brand is now managed by the newly founded subsidiary 'GLÜCK Manufaktur GmbH' under Helios's leadership, although production remains centered in Germany to maintain its regional heritage and quality standards.
