Fanta Zero Orange soft drink

Fanta is a world-renowned brand of fruit-flavored carbonated soft drinks. Its history dates back to 1940 in Nazi Germany, where it was created by Max Keith, head of the local Coca-Cola subsidiary, as a response to trade embargoes that prevented the import of Coca-Cola syrup. The original wartime recipe utilized available industrial leftovers like whey and apple pomace. After the war, the brand was reclaimed by The Coca-Cola Company. The modern orange formulation we recognize today was actually developed in Naples, Italy, in 1955 before being distributed globally.

In Spain, Fanta was officially launched in 1961. The specific product shown, Fanta Zero Naranja (Zero Sugar), is manufactured and distributed within the Iberian market by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Iberia (CCEP), which operates several bottling plants across the country (such as those in Madrid, Barcelona, and Seville). The brand remains under the ultimate ownership of The Coca-Cola Company, based in the United States.
