Loacker Loackini Milk

Loacker Loackini Milk is a premium praline featuring a core of hazelnut cream and a crispy wafer, all encased in smooth milk chocolate. The Loacker brand has its origins in Bolzano, Italy, where Alfons Loacker founded his small pastry shop in 1925. Over the last century, the brand has evolved from a local South Tyrolean bakery into an international leader in the wafer and chocolate market.

Today, the manufacturing of Loacker products takes place in two primary high-altitude locations: Auna di Sotto (South Tyrol, Italy) and Heinfels (East Tyrol, Austria). Both sites are situated over 1,000 meters above sea level to ensure the freshness and purity of the products. The company remains family-owned and operated, maintaining a strong commitment to using high-quality natural ingredients like Italian hazelnuts and Alpine milk.

Loacker is currently led by the third generation of the founding family, specifically Andreas and Martin Loacker alongside Ulrich Zuenelli. The brand celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2025, continuing to emphasize its 'Pure Goodness' philosophy through sustainable sourcing and traditional recipes.
