Brelett is primarily manufactured at the TINE dairy facility in Jæren, Norway (TINE Meieriet Jæren). The spread is unique because it blends vegetable oils (primarily rapeseed) with Norwegian buttermilk and cream, giving it a taste profile that bridges the gap between traditional margarine and butter. It holds a dominant market share in Norway's light margarine category and is easily recognized by its distinctive red packaging and iconic 'woman on a bicycle' advertising theme.
