Warre's Warrior Port

Warre's Warrior is recognized as the world's oldest Port brand, having been shipped continuously since the 1750s. It is a Reserve Ruby Port produced by Warre & Co., the first and oldest British Port company established in Portugal, dating back to 1670. The product is crafted from grapes grown in the Douro Valley in Northern Portugal and matured in oak casks in the lodges of Vila Nova de Gaia before bottling.

While originally founded by British merchants including William Burgoyne and later William Warre, the brand has been under the stewardship of the Symington family since 1905. The Symingtons became the sole owners in 1961 and continue to manage the brand as a family-run business. The company is notably the first winery in Portugal to achieve B Corp certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainable viticulture in the Douro region.
