Graasten Café Mayo is a well-known Danish condiment originally created by Graasten Salater, a company founded in 1947 by Johannes Rasmussen in the town of Gråsten, Denmark. The brand has deep roots in Danish food culture, starting as a small local production that grew into a national staple.

Today, the product is manufactured at the Graasten factory in Sønderborg, Denmark. Since 2008, the brand has been part of the Stryhns Gruppen (Stryhns Group), which manages several iconic Danish food brands. Stryhns Gruppen is itself owned by the Norwegian food conglomerate Agra AS. This ownership structure places the brand under a Nordic umbrella while maintaining its production and heritage firmly in the South Jutland region of Denmark.
