The brand is well-known for its focus on nutritional well-being, utilizing 100% Italian wheat and avoiding palm oil in many of its recipes.

Today, Galbusera remains a prominent player in the Italian food market, maintaining its headquarters and primary manufacturing facilities in Cosio Valtellino. In 2014, the company significantly expanded its market presence by acquiring the prestigious Tre Marie brand, solidifying its position in the premium and festive confectionery segments. It remains an independent, family-controlled Italian company.
