Ivo Nikkolo is a premium Estonian fashion brand founded in 1994 by the designer of the same name. Originally established as a niche designer label in Tallinn, it grew to become one of the most recognized fashion brands in the Baltic region, known for its focus on sophisticated and high-quality women's attire. For many years, the brand was a core part of the Baltika Group, a major Estonian fashion retailer.

In recent years, the brand underwent significant restructuring. In October 2025, the Baltika Group officially filed for bankruptcy and ceased its traditional retail operations across the Baltics. However, the Ivo Nikkolo brand itself was preserved. It is currently owned by the ELG Group (European Lingerie Group), which acquired Baltika and intends to pivot the brand toward a digital-first strategy, focusing on e-commerce and wholesale distribution throughout Europe. While historically some production took place in Estonia, manufacturing is now distributed across multiple countries to support its international supply chain.
