O'boy is the most popular chocolate milk drink in the Nordic region. Launched in 1959 by the Swedish company Marabou, the brand revolutionized the market with its soluble chocolate powder that mixes easily with milk. For decades, it has been a staple in households across Scandinavia, often associated with childhood and outdoor activities.

While the brand originated in Sweden and maintains its primary production facility in Upplands Väsby, its ownership has transitioned through several multinational mergers. Today, O'boy is part of the global snacks giant Mondelēz International. Despite these changes in corporate ownership, the product remains deeply tied to its Swedish heritage and continues to be produced primarily in Sweden for the Northern European market.
