Puleva Mantequilla

Puleva is one of the most iconic Spanish dairy brands, founded in Granada in 1954 under the name Unión Industrial y Agroganadera (Uniarsa). Over the decades, it became a pioneer in the Spanish market for developing functional milks and various dairy products like this butter.

While the brand is deeply rooted in Spanish heritage and primarily produces its goods in domestic facilities, its ownership has shifted internationally. In 2010, the French multinational dairy giant Lactalis acquired Puleva from the Ebro Foods group. Today, Puleva operates as a key brand within the Lactalis portfolio, maintaining its production and distribution focus on the Iberian Peninsula while being backed by the global infrastructure of the French parent company.
